旅館「楓」は、佐賀県の嬉野温泉にある日本式の格式を守りながらもモダンな施設を合わせ持つ温泉旅館です。　当館の伝統的な雰囲気を持つロビーに足を一歩踏み入れた瞬間から、特別な場所に来たことを実感していただけます。　嬉野温泉は豊かな自然に囲まれており、その中でも当館はとりわけ静かな環境の中にあります。

朝は、小川のせせらぎと小鳥たちのさえずりを聞きながらお目覚めいただけます。

Welcome to Japanese Inn Kaede !

Kaede, means maple in Japanese, is a Japanese-style inn with modern facilities located in Ureshino Onsen spa resort area, Saga prefecture.

From the moment you step foot in our traditional lobby, you will be embraced by our warmth and hospitality.  You will immediately realize here indeed is a special place for you.  Ureshino is surrounded by lots of natural beauty and our inn is in a quite quiet atmosphere.  You can wake up in the morning with a gentle murmur of a stream and songs of birds.

嬉野温泉は、奈良時代からその存在が広く知られていた、長い伝統を持つ温泉です。　１分間に５トンもの湧出量があり、その泉質も「美肌の湯」としてよく知られています。

 

Ureshino Onsen (hot springs) is a traditional spa resort thought to date back to the Nara period (710-784).  With about 5 tons of hot water gushing from the ground every minute, the spa area is well known for its quality water, which is said to be good for keeping skin healthy.

Our guest rooms are all Japanese style with scent of tatami mats and woods.  Experience sleeping on mattresses and bed clothes called Futon

placed over the tatami mats.  In Kaede, we provide down-feather Futon.

We guarantee that sleeping on the Futon will be comfortable and memorable.  We are always paying special attention to keep our rooms

clean for your comfortable and pleasant stay.

 

温泉

嬉野温泉は、その湧出量の多さと泉質の良さで有名です。　また、入浴だけでなく、飲用することで胃腸や肝臓の機能を高めることができると言われています。

泉質：　ナトリウム・炭酸水素塩泉

効能：　無色・無臭で、美肌効果があり、細胞の再生を促進し、新陳代謝を活発に

　　　　にして、血液循環をよくします。　胃腸病、関節炎、けが、肝臓病、アレ

　　　　ルギー、皮膚病にも効果があります。

 

「楓」では、４つのタイプのお風呂を楽しんでいただけます。

（１）大浴場

（２）露天風呂

（３）打たせ湯

（４）寝湯

また、家族やカップルに最適な貸切風呂もございます。フロントでご予約下さい。

各種のお風呂からは周りの山々と嬉野川の美しい風景をご覧いただけます。

Onsen (Hot Springs)

Ureshino Onsen is renowned for its abundance and quality of hot spring.

Ureshino Onsen's hot spring water is drinkable and good for your body.

The water vitalizes the functions of stomach, intestines and liver.

Spring Type:  Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate

Benefits:        The colorless and odorless water from these springs

                     beautifies the skin, accelerates tissue regeneration,

                     promote metabolism and blood circulation.

                     It also has positive effects on gastrointestinal disorders,

                     arthritis, external injury, liver disease, allergies and skin

                     diseases.

 

You can enjoy 4 types of baths in Kaede.

(1) Daiyokujyo (large common bath)

(2) Rotenburo (open-air bath)

(3) Utaseyu (hot water cascades onto your shoulder like a waterfall)

(4) Neyu (stretching yourself in the bathtub)

 

The private hot spring baths are also available that are perfect for families

and couples. (50 min.)  Reservations are needed.

You can also enjoy the view of surrounding mountains and Ureshino river from the baths.  You can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax both your body and mind.  How about walking around our inn in Yukata and Geta (wooden clogs) after taking a bath?

嬉野温泉の各旅館では、お風呂を清潔に保ち、気持ちよく使っていただくために

下記のことをお客様にお願いしています。

（１）湯船に入る前に体をよく洗い、石鹸分もよく洗い流して下さい。

（２）湯船にタオルを浸けないで下さい。

（３）湯船で石鹸を使わないで下さい。

（４）湯船の栓を抜かないで下さい。

（５）周りの人にしぶきがかからないように。

（６）写真は厳禁です。

 

Hot Spring Bath Manners

Ureshino Onsen hot spring facilities value sanitation and manners to always keep clean, quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

Some 'Don'ts' when using hot spring baths:

(1) Please do not enter the bathtub without washing your body and rinsing

     off the soap.

(2) Please do not use towels in the bathtub.

(3) Please do not use soap while in the bathtub.

(4) Please do not pull out the drain plug from the bathtub.

(5) Please do not splash around.

(6) Please do not take pictures.

温泉で心身の疲れを癒すことの他に、温泉旅館に泊まるもう一つの大きな楽しみは宿の料理です。　当館では、質の高い新鮮な材料だけを使った日本料理をお楽しみいただけます。　厳選された材料を使った料理は、お客様の印象に強く残ることでしょう。　「熱い料理は熱いままで、冷たい料理は冷たいままで」が当館のモットーです。　お部屋係りが、お客様の食事のペースに合わせてちょうどいいタイミングで、一つ一つお出しいたします。　当館では、夕食も朝食もお部屋で召し上がっていただきます。

 

Cuisine

Besides the actual hot spring bath itself, the best part about staying overnight at an Onsen Ryokan (hot spring inn) is the Japanese food.

The food served at Onsen Ryokan is the absolutely best Japanese one

made with only high quality and fresh ingredients.  Creative dishes with carefully selected seasonal ingredients are prepared to provide you with

the most wonderful taste experience.  They will be served at the best temperature for each of the dishes, in other words, hot dishes will be served hot and cold dishes will be served cold.  The room attendant is always attentive and aware of the pace at which the guests are dining,

so that she can serve dishes at the perfect timing, in close collaboration with the kitchen staff.  Our guests can enjoy their dinner and breakfast in their rooms.

 

夕食（懐石料理）

夕食は懐石料理のコースを召し上がっていただきます。　懐石料理は、元々は

茶の湯の席で茶を出す前に食べる簡単な食事でしたが、時を重ねるうちに日本食を

代表する豪華なフルコース料理に発展したものです。　「楓」では、季節感のある

旬の新鮮な食材を使った最高級の懐石料理をお出ししております。　美しい料理を
